Need help with Vollyze? Contact us for support with the app, subscriptions, staff sharing, data synchronization, or account deletion.
The English interface is coming soon. The current App Store release is available in Japanese, while this page provides support information in English.
Contact support
Include enough detail for us to understand what happened. You can contact us about a bug, billing, Staff or Team access, invitations, shared records, exports, or your account.
We normally reply within three business days. Some issues may require additional information or investigation.
What to include
- Your plan: Free, Pro, Staff, or Team
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- Your Vollyze app version
- The screen and steps where the issue occurred
- Any error message, screenshot, or way to reproduce the issue
Common questions
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Pro, Staff, and Team are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable refund policies.
Staff and Team sharing
Staff supports shared use for up to 3 adult staff members, while Team supports shared use for up to 30 adult staff members. If an invitation link does not open, try Safari, update Vollyze, and ask the Team owner to confirm that the invitation is current and that your role has access.
Data synchronization
Staff and Team synchronization can take time depending on your connection and service status. For important records, keep an export or shared copy through the available CSV, PDF, or sharing tools when appropriate.
Practice records and CSV export
Practice records can store participants, coaching staff, the usual menu, and notes by date. Use the monthly export to share a CSV file and open it in Excel, Numbers, or another spreadsheet app.
Account deletion
Start account deletion in the app’s Settings. A Team owner may need to transfer ownership or organize Team members before deleting an owner account. Deleting a Vollyze account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately through Apple.
